中心城区泵站旱天放江特征及削减潜力分析 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
中心城区泵站旱天放江产生的臭味已成为严重影响河道水质景观、居民环保投诉的主要问题。该文通过对上海市中心城区近五年泵站放江水量和污染物浓度的分析,明确了旱天放江量近年呈显著下降趋势,旱流放江量是旱天放江减排的重点,雨水泵站是下一步旱天放江控制的重点;泵站旱天放江污染物浓度与当地生活污水水质相近。对于旱流放江和试车放江,可采用工程性措施和管理性措施削减其放江量。中心城区旱天放江有削减潜力的泵站82座,其中应用工程性措施和管理性措施分别能削减旱天放江量约867.95万和908.21万m3,预计总削减量约占2012年旱天放江总量的71.55%。 相似文献

目的 研究新型扫描策略,减小激光熔化沉积过程中基材的变形。方法 首先,采用分形曲线作为全域扫描策略,通过激光熔化沉积试验研究了1种传统扫描策略与3种分形扫描策略的基板变形。其次,提出将分形扫描策略和分区扫描策略相结合,按照分形曲线的走向扫描各个分区,形成基于分形曲线的分区扫描策略,通过激光熔化沉积试验研究了1种传统分区扫描策略与3种基于分形曲线的分区扫描策略的基板变形。结果 无论是全域扫描还是分区扫描,基板的4条边均发生了竖直向上的翘曲变形。在扫描路径的终点附近,基板的变形量最大。全域扫描策略下,基板的最大变形量分别为:光栅式扫描7.5mm,Peano曲线3.3 mm,Sierpinski曲线2.5 mm,Lebesgue曲线3.8 mm。分区扫描策略下,基板的最大变形量分别为:光栅式顺序7.5 mm,Hilbert曲线顺序3.5 mm,Sierpinski曲线顺序3.2 mm,Lebesgue曲线顺序5.4 mm。结论 基于分形曲线的分区扫描策略可以显著减小基板变形,还可以灵活地调节扫描线段的方向和数量,在综合考虑扫描线设计的灵活性和变形量的情况下,基于Sierpinski曲线的分区... 相似文献

目的 用电化学的方法探究化学镀钯出现拖缸现象的原因 方法 通过开路电位方法探测化学镀钯的引发过程,利用线性扫描伏安法测量极化曲线。在测量阳极极化曲线时不加入钯盐;在测量阴极极化曲线时,不加入次亚磷酸钠。分别求得次亚磷酸钠的起始氧化的电位(EO)、钯离子的起始还原电位(ER)随温度变化的关系曲线,以及甘氨酸浓度对EO和ER的影响,并且采用化学镀实验,研究钯层厚度变化与甘氨酸浓度的关系。结果 发现第1次使用和多次使用的化学镀钯液对引发钯沉积的快慢存在差异,即存在拖缸现象。在镀钯过程中,温度越高,镀液活性越强,越不容易出现拖缸现象,同时稳定性也会下降。在电化学实验中发现,EO随着温度的升高而负移,ER随着温度的升高而正移,二者的差值|ΔE|总体上随着温度的升高而减小。ΔE可以反映镀液的稳定性和衡量化学镀钯引发的难易程度。ΔE<0意味着镀液稳定,化学镀钯需要在催化剂表面引发。当|ΔE|≤0.73 V时,化学镀钯可以正常引发。当|ΔE| >0.73 V时,引发过程存在拖缸现象。甘氨酸的浓度可以影响ΔE。当甘氨酸的质量浓度接近10 g/L时,拖缸现象不明显,无甘氨酸或者其质量浓度大于20 g/L时,容易出现拖缸现象。结论 ΔE的值与化学镀钯液的稳定性和拖缸现象是否发生有关。 相似文献

Liposomes have been used widely as carriers for active ingredients in cosmetics because of their ability to encapsulate both hydrophilic and hydrophobic compounds. In this work, fatty acid liposomes were prepared and introduced into olive oil-in-water emulsions stabilized by C14–C18 sucrose ester mixtures at pH 8.5. Light microscopy images of the emulsions showed evidence of the coexistence of oleic acid liposomes with the emulsions. As the alkyl chain length of the sucrose ester increased, the average droplet size decreased, while the zeta potential became more negative. Further decrease in droplet size was observed when borate buffer was added to the aqueous phase. The free fatty acids in the sucrose esters and olive oil are neutralized in borate buffer; consequently, fatty acid salts were produced and served as co-surfactants. The synergistic stabilization of emulsions by the mixture of sucrose esters and fatty acid salt resulted in higher stability, smaller droplet size, and lower polydispersity. The drastic increase in negative zeta potential was possibly due to the presence of free fatty acid salts in the emulsion systems. The flow curves at steady rate displayed five distinctive regions. The polydispersity of droplets enhanced the shear thickening effect at low shear rates and shear-banding effect at middle shear rates. Formation of fatty acid salts as co-surfactants caused the viscosities of the emulsions to increase by an order of magnitude. The presence of oleic acid liposome significantly reduced the viscosities of the emulsion by half an order of magnitude; this decreased viscosity helped enhance better spreadability. 相似文献

Background: mast cells play an important role in airway inflammation in asthma. The transient receptor potential melastatin-like 7 (TRPM7) channel is expressed in primary human lung mast cells and plays a critical role for cell survival. This study aimed to investigate the role of TRPM7 on degranulation and release of cytokines in rat bone marrow-derived mast cells (BMMCs). Methods: the expression levels of TRPM7 were observed by immunocytochemistry and RT-PCR between normal and asthmatic rat BMMCs. TRPM7-specific shRNA and 2-aminoethoxydiphenyl borate (2-APB) and specific shTRPM7 were used to inhibit the function of TRPM7. Degranulation levels were analyzed by beta-hexosaminidase assay. Histamine, TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-13 levels were measured by ELISA. Results: the expression of TRPM7 was significantly higher in asthmatic rat BMMCs than in the normal control group. After application of 2-APB and down-regulation of TRPM7, the beta-hexosaminidase activity and secretion of histamine, IL-6, IL-13 and TNF-α were significantly decreased in the asthmatic group compared to the control group. 通过电导率测量、pH测量、同步热分析(STA)、Tafel极化曲线法和电化学交流阻抗谱法研究了不同浓度和温度下过期药呋塞米在1 mol/L的醋酸溶液中对冷轧钢缓蚀作用。实验结果表明:过期药呋塞米在1 mol/L的醋酸溶液中对冷轧钢有较好的缓蚀效果,且缓蚀率随着缓蚀剂浓度和温度的增加而增大。该缓蚀剂在醋酸中对钢是一种抑制阴极和阳极的混合型缓蚀剂。缓蚀剂在冷轧钢表面的吸附符合Langmuir吸附等温式,其吸附是自发、物理吸附过程。同步热分析还说明了该缓蚀剂易稳定吸附在冷轧钢表面。 相似文献

The goal of the present study was to investigate the toxicity of biologically prepared small size of silver nanoparticles in human lung epithelial adenocarcinoma cells A549. Herein, we describe a facile method for the synthesis of silver nanoparticles by treating the supernatant from a culture of Escherichia coli with silver nitrate. The formation of silver nanoparticles was characterized using various analytical techniques. The results from UV-visible (UV-vis) spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis show a characteristic strong resonance centered at 420 nm and a single crystalline nature, respectively. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy confirmed the possible bio-molecules responsible for the reduction of silver from silver nitrate into nanoparticles. The particle size analyzer and transmission electron microscopy results suggest that silver nanoparticles are spherical in shape with an average diameter of 15 nm. The results derived from in vitro studies showed a concentration-dependent decrease in cell viability when A549 cells were exposed to silver nanoparticles. This decrease in cell viability corresponded to increased leakage of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), increased intracellular reactive oxygen species generation (ROS), and decreased mitochondrial transmembrane potential (MTP). Furthermore, uptake and intracellular localization of silver nanoparticles were observed and were accompanied by accumulation of autophagosomes and autolysosomes in A549 cells. The results indicate that silver nanoparticles play a significant role in apoptosis. Interestingly, biologically synthesized silver nanoparticles showed more potent cytotoxicity at the concentrations tested compared to that shown by chemically synthesized silver nanoparticles. Therefore, our results demonstrated that human lung epithelial A549 cells could provide a valuable model to assess the cytotoxicity of silver nanoparticles. 相似文献

针对传统拉力型和压力型锚杆存在受力集中、锚固体与岩土体界面黏结强度发挥不充分、抗拔承载力偏低的问题,研发了一种新型拉压复合型锚杆。通过对传统锚杆及拉压复合型锚杆开展模型试验,对比研究了不同锚杆的极限抗拔承载力及其锚固性能。结果表明:拉压复合型锚杆极限抗拔承载力比传统拉力型锚杆大幅提高,拉压长度比为1∶2和2∶1时,分别提高79%和161%,且具有更好的位移延性和抗变形能力;拉压复合型锚杆峰后残余抗拔承载力显著提高,传统拉力型和压力型锚杆稳定残峰比最大值均不超过0.40,锚头相对拔出变形ξs=2.5%时,残峰比平均值分别为0.292和0.259;TC360-12锚杆和TC360-21锚杆稳定残峰比最小值分别不低于0.45和0.60,ξs=2.5%时,残峰比平均值分别为0.545和0.790;拉压长度比为2∶1的拉压复合型锚杆即将破坏时,受拉锚固段和承压锚固段协同承载能力更强,界面黏结强度得到充分发挥,锚杆极限抗拔承载力更高。 相似文献
